These inventions and solutions are the result of observing our Founders decades of investments in and managing mining services for soft and hard rock mining companies. Many never make it to the development or production stage. Some of these investments become losses due to the ripple effect of rising energy costs, overseas competition, lack of funding and missing EPA conditions.
Our innovations can offer a sustainable and competitive edge and a new revenue stream by merging land use, new solar technology, de-pollution tech and integrating the circular economy while mining and even recycling US Critical Minerals for the Energy Transition.

It's how we operate, as our family literally was in that business. Prior to mining, our Founder owned and ran a sustainable corrugated box design and packaging plant. All of us kids helped out and influenced design and production, including sustainable best practices. Our businesses were early adopters of manufacturing with new technology, large percentages of waste and recycled materials; integrating the Circular Economy.
As a triple bottom line company, Planet, Profit, People, we had to operate on lower margins to ensure sustainable packaging for supplying high recycling standard industries.
In the 80's and 90's we faced increased pressure, from big corporate clients and some environmental groups, against the use of paper based packaging manufacturing with virgin materials, removing trees. What was their solution? Plastic packaging! As a more organic, holistic type family, we knew back then the harm it could cause.
Now that we have entered the Energy Transition, the demand for these minerals, metals and materials brings mining demand to a whole new level. What tools will suppliers use to responsibly mine and recycle to produce these green metals, minerals and materials?
Circular Solar is one of the those options.

Tariffs are a tool to fair trade, critical mineral supply-chains, new jobs and peace deals.
This data is years of research and experience in losing investments in mining, seeing mining companies shutter and recognizing that unfair trade, tariffs and foreign adversaries manipulate markets and drive manufacturing and mining to their countries away from America. China in particular has controlled these critical minerals and technologies, while also being an unfair trading partner and divesting from U.S. Treasuries heavily since about 2017.
Are tariffs a fair trade tool? We think so.
Our goal is to see how Circular Solar's innovations, which China could benefit from, could be used to re-open new fair trade deals between U.S. - China and other BRICS nations.
Additionally, our advocacy for capital raise (from tariffs) and policy work for domestic recycling and refining of e-waste began in 2010 when Cherise pitched it to a mine site we had a JV/investment in (which failed), but she never gave up, to supply-chain e-waste from electronics and especialy Wind Turbines for copper and REE (rare earth elements): see slide 20/26 Circular Solar Wind).
Supportive data for section 232 and section 301 tariffs.

The environmental cost of recycling Wind composites is enormous. The people, the company that fully recycles the low value, hard to recycle plastic composite, deserves to control the E-Waste stream.

Microplastic pollution is a significant contributor to environmental pollution and impacts human health.

The abrupt announcement and implementation of Operation National Sword.
This means U.S. states could not export their EOL Plastic waste, we had abrupt landfilling of plastic, some areas as high as 24% increase in landfilling plastic.

Plastic pollution impacting our water quality can be an act of hybrid warfare.
Plastic bottles, particularly when exposed to heat, sunlight, or reused, can leach chemicals associated with increased cancer risk, including Bisphenol A (BPA), phthalates, and heavy metals like antimony, plus sometimes PFAS forever chemical contamination.
Which lead to health problems, even death from cancer.

On the previous page, is the real-life R&D experiments with plastics versus natural resources with water and thermal cameras to verify how plastics heat up and shed microplastics.
This a pathway for nanoplastic pollution impacting human health. As it disintegrates into water and thus our food sources from shellfish to salmon, to on land impacting Agriculture soil health to irrigation water.

Homeless to housed workforce development. Urban litter and debris removal with e-bikes with cargo trailers and EVs, some ICE vehicles are also well suited to the work.
As new land management, urban mining jobs in mining communities such as for First Nations, Tribes which may not have mechanical, engineering degrees required for mining.
Scalable to war-torn regions for new jobs and debris removal for reconstruction supply-chain management (such as for recycled concrete); e-mobility well suited to injured/disabled. Other low cost transport options, including, ICE vehicles, gas powered scooters and smaller Japanese Kei trucks. These become new long-term jobs for Gaza reconstruction and new Gaza City and scalable to reconstruction of Ukraine.
