Founder of Versatech Capital For Mining
George, has many decades of experience investing in and providing solutions for the mining industry. In precious metals, base metals critical to the Energy Transition as well as building material minerals for cleaner cement, concrete. His logistics, supply chain development, management skills of global and regional labor, equipment repair and repurposing materials has reduced downtime costs, provided energy efficiency and lowered embodied footprint. Making the mine site safer for employees and the community while managing costs.
His advisement services include offering global and regional mineral, metals and materials supply-chains solutions. Prior to mining, he had 25 years experience in manufacturing sustainable packaging for his own companies and major corporations. He used high percentages of waste and recycled materials in corrugated packaging for high standard recycling industries. An early pioneer of the circular economy in packaging manufacturing.
Dad passed away in 2024. He is tremendously missed by so many people, who he sacrificed for, touched and cared about.

Founder, Circular Solar LLC
Cherise, offers research and analysis with multi-functional design approaches for innovative sustainability. Focused around reducing emissions, innovation for 1.5C Paris Agreement threshold by integrating circular economy with renewable energy as solutions. She also gained experience in the family packaging business and later high tech graphics packaging utilizing specialty minerals and metals in nanotechnology.
She designed and prototyped her innovations by working with a skilled fabricator, engineer to convert a storm damaged vessel into a renewable e-vessel, tiny home powered by solar-LFP and hybrid propulsion. As a field prototype with test bed for her solar, wind, battery charging innovations with recycling, repurposing, emissions reduction integration. Innovations, designs and materials for efficient floating pv, such as the US solar canals being installed in 2024.
We are seeking US and European pilots and funding for Waste-to-SolarEnergy and Circular Solar with mature pollution reduction technology.

Jessika, manages operations, logistics and accounting while influencing us with holistic minded practices. Utilizing her background and experience in health and wellness, this has influenced our natural resources, circular innovations to benefit the environment as we are on the path to the Energy Transition. She has taught us a lot about quantum thinking which supports circularity.
She is a Board Certified LMT since 1999 and a Quantum Biofeedback Stress Management Therapist. Ensuring a holistic approach and positive environmental footprint.
