...Included waste stream recycled paper, glass and some plastic pieces which were to present single use plastic and recycled wind blade, nacelle composites. Yes, back in 2008 we understood this was necessary to solve how to manage future hard to recycled Zero Waste materials and turn them into high strength infrastructure materials. which could also benefit electrification such as EV charging, solar carports to water management infrastructure (with pollution control).

Circular Solar's Nanorocks will be made with virgin and recycled content for customers which supports policy for scope 3 sbti draft CDR or EU's Circular Economy Act, California's 2026 Zero Waste Initiative.

Yes - consumer bottle to EoL wind blades can make energy again as Nanorocks or as CDR gravel around highways and farmland, to breakdown vehicle (all vehicle create pollution) pollution into less harmful mater for cleaner stormwater runoff to soil, plants, waterways.

We need your help, the consumer, young and old, to recycle properly so those materials can be reused by the packaging producers and used as sustainable infrastructure, even for AI, CDR and EV efficiency.

Could recycling bottle, architectural glass help divert EoL wind blades from landfill, incineration?

CIRCULAR SOLAR Pollution Control: Mining, Roads, Energy, AI

We can protect our environment from pollution as we accelerate AI, data-centers to mining and provide restoration

These same materials are used on EoL wind blades, nacelles and on our Nanorocks to increase solar energy yields from albedo effect.

Our product line and air capture system (see whitepaper) support the SPEED Act (NEPA reform) by providing environmental protection.

Potential World REcord*

A single fixed .445kW made 3.76 kWhs, Pmax spike to 688w (154% nameplate) during CEE

On Summer Solstice 2025 a new record was made onboard the OCTOPUS testbed. 3.76kWhs were produced using the a methods to support slides 13-14/26. A few days later, during CEE (cloud edge effect) a Pmax spike to 688 watts, 154% nameplate, supported by Circular Solar innovations.

Hard to recycle Eol Wind composites (and more) now have a scalable solution, as a new version of waste-to-energy.

Per research (and AI results too), this may be a world record for solar yield, pmax (similar module, orientation).

*Third party testing is required for verification. Testbed was created to simulate third party outdoor real-life testing.

Pitch image for OPAI Micro Data-Centers: Dual Axis Version

Circular Solar DAT pitch slide for inclusion for a 2026 pilot. Designed to turn underutilized substation and industrial "sliver" parcels into high-yield, 24/7 solar-bess power hubs.

Why Scenario 4 is the ideal fit for the Epri OPAI Inference Pilots:

  • Potential World-Record Density*: We may be able to deliver 644 MWh per acre—nearly double the industry standard. This allows a 5MW–20MW MDC with solar-bess to fit on parcels previously deemed too small for such a system. Under 2 acres vs .20 albedo SAT for equivalent power generation. CS DAT can fill the gap of utilizing "sliver" parcels by substations, industrial areas, urban communities to power MDCs.
  • The "Virtual Baseload" Solution: By converging Dual-Axis Trackers with upcycled Wind-Blade Reflectors and Nanorocks, we flatten the solar curve. Combined with our 1 MWh BESS modules, we provide the "Five Nines" (99.999%) reliability required for mission-critical AI inference.
  • Grid Harmonization: Our system acts as a "Shock Absorber" for the substation, providing active frequency regulation and voltage support (Volt-VAR) to protect aging utility transformers from AI load spikes.
  • Circular Economics: Each farm repurposes (a premium above recycling) >35 tons (12 tons WRCs) of fiberglass and plastic waste from landfills, creating a "Net Zero Inference" model that aligns with the highest ESG tiers for data center operators.

We have a White Paper and Technical Appendices available detailing our <4.2-year payback model and our proprietary 0.65 - .90 Albedo Nanotech thermal management products.

*Third party testing required for "world record" claim.

An ideal Match for Circular Solar: AI Micro Data Centers

EPRI, NVIDIA, Prologis, and InfraPartners Collaboration (art by EPRI)

This is a slide/AI art by Epri . For their collaboration with other Epri members (including NVIDIA, also Circular Solar is an Epri OPAI Consortium Member) and their needs and challenges may be an ideal match for Circular Solar single axis or dual axis solar-battery farms. Utilizing smaller land space ("slivers") to maximize solar energy density, with BESS, potentially supporting 99.999% uptime.

Additionally our products are for wireless highway road charging, solar (by right-of-way and nearby) and our product for wired and wireless charging autonomous driving vehicles as V2AI backup BESS for MDC localized, high-performance computing at the edge of the network, while also supporting overall driver safety (for all vehicles) with higher Higher retroreflectivity of road markings.

Holistic factor: scaling these projects links Zero Waste initiative supply-chains which provide new jobs which do not require skilled labor, yet are used in AI infrastructure and power; solving the problem of a new labor force which does not require electrical licensing while creating and installing energy generating products.

One of the Zero Waste materials utilized in the CS DAT system can stream from our "Homeless-to-Housed" workforce development job idea. Supporting our H2H idea indirectly supports the scale of AI DCs as less homeless equates to less utility disruptions from homeless encampments (by substations), taking power (reducing fires and those costs) or stealing copper wiring. UN Zero Waste Initiative Innovations. Filmed in 2023 Antalya Province, Turkiye

This video is decades in the making. To help explain and encourage people to recycle, prevent litter and purchase recyclable products materials with environmental benefits (such as cooler infrastructure or energy efficiency and pollution control) this was filmed in Antalya Province, Turkiye on the  Mediterranean to explain albedo effect and to honour the leadership of the UN Zero Waste Initiative.

Additionally, retrieval of litter and better management or recycling can incorporate our suggestions to the California 2026 Zero Waste Plan, including the "Homeless to Housed Workforce Development Job Program". This can also support reconstruction and new jobs in Gaza and Ukraine. Please see details at: https://circularsolar.net/our-thinking

Building on 2008 CDR Circular Concrete, Glass. Recylcled paper, plastic mix pilot:

We see various construction waste, consumer bottle, the able represents wind blades. And their thermal values, including albedo effect, to reflect light, heat, important in the hot region of Turkiye and in the Middle East.

Additionally, there are some CS pollution capture, breakdown/control materials there as well. This is critical for water management infrastructure (next video) and surrounding Agriculture and water resources.

Water management infrastructure for Gaza to Ukraine. Reconstruction example: Agora of Smyrna

The 2,000 year old Agora in Izmir is a fine example to scale today with recycled, Zero Waste materials with virgin mined materials for sustainable infrastructure.

Such as construction waste, energy waste (Wind turbine composites) and consumer glass as SCMs can build modern, urban water management infrastructure. Such as for a New Gaza (from desalination plant water) water management infrastructure and add. Solar and batteries to power the desalination plant and irrigation for nearby farms, gardens and parks.

It could be called the: Gaza Agora of Peace.

If some Palestinians were relocated to Turkiye temporarily, then Turkiye could teach Gazans these jobs, and educate recycling, conservation practices which can help the greater good of the planet but also back in Gaza resources management. Such as preventing food, water, energy waste. Then, especially those without medical issues and are trained, these become new jobs in Gaza for the reconstruction of Rafah and ongoing public works and recycling management jobs.

Our goal is that small micro demonstrations could be available at the G20 in Miami and COP31 in November 2026. For Turkish leadership to display including energy, recycled materials, pollution management comparison, scaled up from California work and which aligns with 2026 CalRecycle, CalEPA Zero Waste Draft Plan additions based on our recommendations.

Can Zero Waste Initiatives help cool a warming planet?

Littered materials (resources) often warm up surfaces in nature.

We then picked it up and next day Cherise placed it outside on the travertine flooring in the morning for the sunlight to heat it up to measure its albedo effect with a thermal camera. She also put equal parts water in the plastic and glass bottles to show how plastic heats our waterways moreso than natural, recyclable glass.

The wood is a benchmark, as the hottest material and a very dark, low albedo value (absorbs heat). We see plastic is a warmer material is warmer than natural glass, particularly those with dark colored graphics. Darker plastic, especially tires and tire wear microplastic dust are very hot (see below, it's why dark asphalt roads are not really ideal in warm regions).

Now lets look at the temperature difference of dark, brown plastic and white plastic, on water

We do not want any plastic littering our soil, waterways and oceans. However, here we see just much worse, hotter the darker colored plastics are on sea surface temperatures. About a 20F/11C hotter temperature from the brown tarp due to its low albedo value.

We see the UHI, urban heat island effect, impacted the what was once a green weed, has now been dried out and is brown. Additionally, the heat expands the asphalt and microplastic enters the adjacent waterway from stormwater runoff.

This location was chosen to ensure the pollution capture and breakdown/removal method worked and the carbon conversion byproduct was safe for or improved soil and plant health. Over the years Cherise went and did visual checks, that tire wear microlastics or tailpipe emissions were being removed (one reasons glass was used, to be able to see it).

During tidal flow or storms, the debris washes up on this historic former Ship building dock and launch. Water flows over these hot materials and heats up the water temperature; adding to warming of our planet. This can be avoided!
